What is Dark Moon?

Dark Moon is defined by Netmarble as the following:

Dark Moon – Sanctuary Scramble is a long-term battle content in which all the Alliances and Lords gather to fight for control of Dark Moon.

During the Dark Moon – Sanctuary Scramble period, the Alliance that first reaches the target point by completing various missions will conquer the Dark Moon.

The Objective in Dark Moon is to be the first team to reach 15,000 points within the time frame allotted. If no teams are able to complete this goal then the team with the highest score will be declared victorious.

However, some of the changes coming up from this Beta 3.0 might change that structure, so let’s get right into it.

Dark Moon Changes from Beta 3.0

The changes are quite extensive, so make sure to watch PrincessKat’s video all the way through, but below (information provided by Netmarble) are the upcoming changes that are implemented from the Beta.

1. Alliance Signet Production Rate Changes for Territories based on Level

[Change Details]
Level Magic Tower Dark Moon Temple Imperishable Fortress
1 100 (50) 200 -

  • The numbers show the Alliance Signet production rate when the capital is connected.
  • The numbers in ( ) show the Alliance Signet production rate when the capital is not connected.

2. War Declaration Cost Changes

If an Alliance declares war on a territory with a level that is below the highest level territory owned by the Alliance, the cost of declaring war on that territory is the same cost as declaring war on a territory that is the same level as the highest level territory that the Alliance owns.

ex) If the highest level of a territory owned by an Alliance is level 5, to declare war on level 1 – 5 territories, you shall incur the same cost required to declare war on level 5 territories.

* If an Alliance declares war on a territory with a higher level than the maximum level the Alliance has, the war declaration cost for that territory is incurred.
